It takes a village…

Therapy alone can help you to make great changes in your life. But true change, happiness, balance and healing come from examining all areas of your life and making the appropriate changes as needed. When I speak of holistic health I am meaning exactly this. We need all areas of your life to be addressed.

While I am able to help my clients with a great deal of difficulties they are facing, there are some things I am not trained in treating. I am always seeking to grow personally but I am also very passionate about finding ways to help my clients heal and find health and happiness. It is through that seeking I have come to find many of the resources I have included here.

Below are some of the providers I often refer my clients to for help with a multitude of areas. I love to refer to people whom I personally trust and in most cases whom have treated me or my loved ones as well. If they are listed here you can trust that they are excellent at what they do and have either helped myself, my family, my fiends and/or my clients.

Rick Tansey
Owner Cereset Costa Mesa

My experience with Cerest has helped both me and my family. I went to Rick Tansey out of curiosity and exploration for more resources for my clients. I didn’t realize I had so much to gain by going to him! My experiment for others turned out to be a pleasant surprise filled with increased sleep, decreased stress levels, increased ability to cope with stress, increased balance in my mood and increased efficiency. It also helped my out of despair after my beloved dog Rama passed away. I still had (and have) more grief work to do but having a session with him and continue to use the headband at home helped me out a very dark and sad time.

He helped my daughter ease anxiety, have more control over emotions, reduce and get rid of tics that had appeared after a surgery she had. She also had marked difference in her performance at school and academic achievement. She was already doing well but this took her a step further.

Cereset is a wellness experience that helps you relax your brain to manage stress, restore hope and finally achieve restful sleep through patented BrainEcho™ technology that empowers the brain to reset itself as it hears and “sees” its own reflection. Cereset enables your brain to fully relax and reset itself to its natural balance from the inside out. There is no outside intervention, stimulus or medication of any kind – the brain does its own work while you may nap or relax quietly in a comfortable chair.

Relax. Rebalance. Reset.

Lisa Bailer, MHS, PA
(949) 427-5170

Lisa Bailer is amazing! Not only has she helped many of my clients but she has also helped me through some health issues that were affecting my energy and stress levels as well as hormones and emotions. I trust her whole heartedly with myself, my family and my clients!

She takes a “whole-body” perspective when treating patients and searches for the source of the problem. While many others aim to just treat the presenting symptoms she does a thorough investigation to make sure there is not some other underlying health issue(s) that may be causing the symptom(s).
